John, this post is so slow we can actually have a conversation! I'm surprised it hasn't whipped up more interest. I'm not normally inclined to support big oil and certainly not BP but I understand BP had only one man on the rig and paid a hefty price for their subcontractors to do a decent job which they failed to do.
